Service scope
Haloryn SLA Engine provides SLA monitoring, workflow automation, escalation support, and related analytics features for participating organizations.
Features may evolve over time, and we may update or improve service components to maintain performance, security, and reliability.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for user authorization within your organization, secure credential handling, and lawful use of data submitted to the platform.
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform or other tenants.
Availability and support
We aim to operate the service with high reliability, but uptime is not guaranteed without a separate written SLA agreement.
Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur to preserve service quality and security.
Data and confidentiality
Customer-submitted data remains controlled by the customer organization, subject to these terms and applicable law.
We implement operational and security controls intended to protect confidentiality and integrity of service data.
Disclaimers and limitation
Except where prohibited by law or agreed in writing, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMSK Consultants LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
