Haloryn SLA Engine

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how IMSK Consultants LLC handles information when organizations use Haloryn SLA Engine.

Information we process

We process account information (such as name, work email, role, and organization identifiers), operational lead metadata, SLA status data, and system audit records required to run the service.

Lead message text is handled with product-level limits and retention controls aligned to operational requirements.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, process lead and SLA workflows, generate analytics, trigger notifications/escalations, maintain service security, and provide support.

We do not use customer data for unrelated advertising.

Tenant separation and access control

Customer data is processed in organization-scoped contexts. Application workflows are designed to enforce organization binding for core reads and writes.

Webhook processing requires organization identification and secret validation before accepted processing.

Security measures

We use technical controls such as secret verification, password hashing, token expiry logic, internal endpoint key checks, and privileged access audit logging.

No internet-connected system is fully risk-free; we continuously improve safeguards and operational controls.

Retention

Data is retained for service operation and legal/contractual needs. Where configured, lead message content may be redacted after retention windows defined by service policy.

You may contact us to discuss organization-specific retention requirements.
